The Carpet Cleaning Process

1. Initial inspection of carpet type, stains, soil level and general condition of your carpets.

2. Set up corner guards and drop cloths to protect your home.

3. Pre spot treat any potential stains or trouble areas such as urine stains, chewing gum, tape residue or food coloring spots.

4. Precondition the entire area we are cleaning to break the surface tension and suspend the soil and oils.

5. Mechanically agitate to remove bonded soil and oils for easy removal. This step also re sets the fiber to its original position. (DOES NOT RESPIN OR REPAIR DAMAGED FIBERS)

6. Hot Water Extract with our very large Truckmount to rinse away soil and soluble spots leaving behind a residue free carpet.

7. Post spot treat any stains that weren't removed in the cleaning process (some stains are permanent).

8. Protector if elected by the customer to drastically reduce the chances of staining and prolonging the cleanliness of the material.

9. Post groom to evenly apply the protector and stand the fiber up to reduce dry times.

*Vacuuming is an option but is an additional cost.
